Vowels Pay Refund Policy

Introduction At Vowels Pay, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our users. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which Vowels Pay may issue refunds and the process for requesting a refund.
Refund Eligibility
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a transaction is confirmed to be unauthorized, a full refund will be processed.
- Transaction Errors: If a transaction is completed in error (e.g., incorrect payment amount, duplicate transactions), the erroneous transaction amount will be refunded
- Service Cancellations: If a service linked to a Vowels Pay transaction is canceled per the service provider’s terms and conditions, the customer may be eligible for a refund.
- Failed Transactions: In the case of a failed transaction where funds are debited from a customer's account but the transaction does not go through, a full refund will be issued.

Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the refund request. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the transaction.
Limitations: Refunds are only issued to the original payer and in the original form of payment. Vowels Pay is not responsible for refunds for transactions processed beyond our platform or losses caused by the user’s negligence.
Changes to the Refund Policy: Vowels Pay reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our official channels and will be effective immediately upon posting.
